For our investors, we offer a two-pronged value-add strategy focusing on both light value-add and asset repositioning. For our light value-add strategy, we look for stable assets that will benefit from appropriate modifications and strong management. These assets are scheduled for a longer hold time with targeted cash distributions. For repositioned assets, we target properties in dynamic corridors that will benefit from significant physical improvements to address pent up market demand for cutting edge product. These transformed properties result in shorter hold periods.
